B and B Maintenance, Inc. is proud to announce that we now offer spray-on antimicrobial protection for porous and non-porous surfaces that lasts for up to 90 days. BioShield75 is an antimicrobial product that gives surfaces an added level of protection against damaging microbes such as bacteria (Staph/MRSA) and continually inhibits the growth of mold and mildew that can cause stains, odors and product deterioration. BioShield75 is an EPA registered product that is non-toxic and safe to use and apply to all surfaces. It’s environmentally friendly, water-based technology is hypoallergenic and non-sensitizing, resulting in a superior antimicrobial shield for high touch surface areas. Our BioSheild75 trained staff are equipped with electrostatic sprayers that would easily and most effectively apply the coating to high touch surfaces such as ATMs, door handles, check writing stands, bathroom fixtures, etc. When applied with the use of electrostatic sprayers, we can ensure that the coating is fully covered around the entire surface creating the 90 day “shield” from bacteria, mold, and even mildew. B and B Maintenance, Inc. will also meet and exceed the necessary documentation by providing a comprehensive, completion report and sticker/placard of disinfection for all applied surfaces that outline when the BioShield75 was applied. |
